Dear Ask A Cop,

I have a problem and a coworker told me about your page so I thought I would ask your opinion on it.

I caught my neighbors teenage son watching me through binoculars in my bedroom. My window lines up directly with his and I saw him doing it. I have no idea how long he has been watching me, or if he has seen anything, and I don't know him or his family at all.

Should I report this to the police and file charges? I don't want to ruin this kids life, but it is not cool what he is doing. Thank you in advance.
