Dear Ask A Cop,

I don’t really know how to address this problem, and it has only become a “problem” recently, even though my neighbor and I have lived next door to each other for about six months. My neighbor is a very attractive young woman. She had a boyfriend living with her and I guess they split up about a month ago. During the time he was living there, there was never any kind of a problem.

Well, she met a new young man and apparently he is either quite a bit better in bed than her ex, or he is, let’s just say, much more equipped for the job at hand,
